Parking Policy - Parking in the garage is reserved for residents who have an assigned parking space and a registered vehicle on file. Only vehicles approved by management—with the correct license plate, make, model, and year—may access the garage. All parking information must be up-to-date in the lease agreement and signed by all parties to remain valid. The garage entrance and exit are for vehicle use only. Pedestrian entry through the gate is strictly prohibited. Any pedestrian walking through the garage gate will be considered a lease violation and may result in a citation, fines, and potential removal from the community
